Samsung PlayGalaxy Cup World Final 2026

Roles

• PUBG Mobile Observer

• Vision Mixer (Blackmagic ATEM)

The Job

The world’s best PUBG Mobile players competed in this tournament showcasing the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra’s gaming performance, all taking place at Gamescom 2026. I was responsibile for the in-game observing, showing off the best engagements and moments from the tournament so the viewers had the best understanding of how all the teams were performing and progressing.

On this occasion I was the only observer thus took the additional responsibility of Game Directing.

Solo-Observing is a big responsibilty, especially for an in-person world final. I had a lot of fun and took pride in getting the most out of our kit and the in-game spectating capabilities to deliver a worthy in-game experience.
