The Job

I was responsible for delivering the technical production of the tournament, using provided assets to create a broadcast package as well as designing a run-of-show, and independently operating the production in vMix, operating & maintaining visuals, sound, telestration, incoming & outgoing feeds.

This particular tournament focused on the competitors building teams through Pack Openings and landing highly valuable Team of the Year picks. To best showcase this, I set up a workflow allowing the show hosts to switch between the live stream feeds of all 16 competitors simultaneously.

To elevate production value further, I set up vMix Telestrator to allow a deeper dive into particular players’ performances during the tournament from our analyst.

A technically demanding broadcast overall, very pleased with the final outcome.
